We are looking for a Vice Head of Division - Upper School for an international school in Wuhan. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025. Job responsibilities Support the Head of Division in all aspects of leadership and management of the Upper School, contributing to the vision and strategic direction of the school.Assist in the implementation of curriculum development initiatives and monitor academic performance across the division.Provide guidance and support to teaching staff, fostering professional development and collaborative practices.Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all students, ensuring high standards of behavior and discipline.Manage the pastoral care system for Upper School students, ensuring their well-being and development.Coordinate with other divisions to ensure educational continuity and the alignment of policies and practices.Participate in parent engagement and communication initiatives, enhancing community relations.Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new faculty members.Contribute to the overall development and execution of the school’s strategic plan.
