We are looking for an English Literature and History Teacher for an international school in Shanghai. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year in February 2026. Job responsibilities - Teach the subject of English literature and history to high school students utilizing the AP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience - Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments - Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum - Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve - Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers - Develop supportive and safe learning environments Job requirements - Bachelor degree or above in the related subject - Teaching certificate preferred - Three or more years teaching experience in the subject - Familiar with AP/A Level context  Salary and benefits - Monthly salary from 25,000 to 38,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications - Monthly housing allowance of 4,000 RMB - Fully paid summer and winter holiday - Public holiday - Medical insurance - Flight allowance is 10,000 RMB
