We are looking for an Online office based English Teacher for a Training Center based in Shenzhen. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible. Job details - Teach the school’s English Curriculum to school students for grade 3 to grade 12 - Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments - Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum - Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve - Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers - Maximum of 60 hours a month – 15 work hours per week  - Class size:  At least 15 students of a class Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or above - At least 1 years of related teaching experience - A TESOL/TESL/TEFL qualification - Excellent English communicative skills Salary and benefits - Monthly Salary of 17,000 to 23,000 RMB (includes 4000 RMB housing allowance) - Flight allowance of 6,000 RMB - Insurance - Public holidays plus 12 days of paid annual leave
