The Job: We are looking for Online ESL Teachers who can bring a fun, positive and challenging atmosphere in online classes. Our modern language schools' offices are located in Beijing, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Tianjin. Teach from the comforts of your home and participate in weekly meetings which are taking place at the office in one of the above-mentioned cities. Open to applicants already in China. Job Responsibilities: - 30 teaching hours per week (no office hours) - Additional classes and responsibilities are available for additional compensation - Class size: maximum of 15 students per class - Student age range: 5 – 16-year old - Plan lessons and classroom activities - Weekend classes with 2 days off during the weekdays - Attend staff meetings and teacher training Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree required - TESOL certificate 120 hours plus preferred - Native English speaker - 1 year of relevant teaching experience preferred - Clean criminal record check - Professional, positive, and culturally aware Salary & Benefits: - Excellent salary: 20,000 – 30000 RMB after tax per month (based on qualifications & experience) - 4,000 RMB monthly housing allowance - 4000 RMB contract completion bonus - 6000 RMB flight allowance on completion of contract - Annual Salary Increase - National holidays plus 14 paid personal leave - Legal, fully-financed ‘Z’ work visa provided - Health insurance provided - Professional pre-job training with ongoing program supervision
