We’re looking to hire a High School English Teacher for a high school based in Shenzhen. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025. Responsibilities - Teach English to High school students with the provided  American Common Core as guide and framework - Develop lesson plans and instructional materials, and provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student - Evaluate students’ academic and social growth, record appropriate records and prepare progress reports - Communicate with parents - Collaborate with school administrators and peer teachers - Participate in curriculum and professional development sessions - Assist and coordinate activities and events inside and outside of school location - Up to 25 teaching classes a week Qualifications and requirements - Bachelor degree or above major in education or relevant - At least 2 years teaching experience - Additional Requirements: 2 or more years of classroom teaching experience in US curriculum (experience with English Language Learners preferred) Compensation package - Monthly salary based on experience and qualifications up to 28,000 RMB - Housing allowance 4500RMB  - Airfare Reimbursement: Airfare to China and return flight covered by the school - Contract Completion Bonus of approx. 12,000 RMB - Health and life Insurance - Paid Vacation - Professional Development: Ongoing professional development provided, including annual teacher in-service, and frequent professional development opportunities and soft learning - Teachers enjoy career advancement opportunities within the KL network - Holidays: We observe local national holidays and some US holidays
