We are looking for a Elementary School Drama Teacher for an international school in Chengdu. This position is available from the upcoming 2026–27 academic year in August, 2026. Job responsibilities - Teach the subject of Drama to elementary school students utilizing an American international curriculum and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience - Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments - Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum - Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve - Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers - Develop supportive and safe learning environments Job requirements - Bachelor’s degree in your subject area - Strong communication skills - Experience working in a bilingual setting preferred - At least two years as the lead teacher in a classroom Salary and benefits - Monthly salary of 30,000 to 36,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications - Monthly housing allowance of 3,500 RMB or free accommodation - Fully paid summer and winter holiday - Public holiday - Free tuition for up to 2 children - Flight allowance - Finish contract bonus - Annual bonus - Commercial medical insurance
