我们正在为一所北京的国际学校招聘双语小学全科班主任 Bilingual Primary Homeroom Teacher，到岗时间为2025年8月 岗位职责 根据国际课程框架及学生需求，设计并实施综合学科教学计划，确保高质量双语教学负责语文、数学、科学等全科课程授课，采用探究式教学方法，培养学生跨学科能力创建包容性课堂环境，关注学生个性化发展，提供差异化学习支持定期评估学生学习成果，通过形成性及总结性评价提供针对性成长反馈作为班级管理者，负责学生日常行为指导及社交情感技能培养定期与家长沟通，组织三方会议，构建积极的家校合作关系7参与跨年级教研活动、学校活动及专业发展培训 任职要求 本科及以上学历，教育学或相关专业背景教师资格证2年以上小学全科教学经验，出色的中英文双语能力良好的交流能力，中英文流利 薪资福利 月薪14-30k Job Responsibilities  Design and implement integrated subject teaching plans according to international curriculum frameworks and student needs, ensuring high-quality bilingual instruction.   Deliver lessons across subjects including Chinese, Mathematics, Science, and others, utilizing inquiry-based teaching methods to cultivate students' interdisciplinary competencies.   Foster an inclusive classroom environment, prioritize individualized student development, and provide differentiated learning support. Regularly assess student learning outcomes through formative and summative evaluations, offering targeted feedback for growth.   Serve as a homeroom teacher, guiding students' daily conduct and nurturing their social-emotional skills.   Maintain regular communication with parents, organize tripartite conferences, and build positive home-school partnerships.   Participate in cross-grade teaching research activities, school events, and professional development training.   Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field.  Valid teaching certification.  Minimum 2 years of full-subject teaching experience at the elementary level.  Exceptional bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English.  Strong communication skills with fluency in Chinese and English.   Salary and benefits Monthly salary is range of 14-30k RMB
