We are looking for an English Teacher for an International Kindergarten based in Hangzhou. This position is avaiable with an immediate start. Job details Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 7:50am to 4:30pm. During this time, you will: - Teach kindergarten students 2 to 3 years old daily class teaching activities based on the school’s curriculum - Design and follow complete teaching plans - Undertake a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities - Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information - Assess children’s performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on regular basis - Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Education or a bachelor’s degree plus TEFL, TESOL certification and / or 2+ years equivalent teaching qualification - At least 2 years of experience in teaching young children (3-6 years old) - Passionate and Energetic in teaching - Excellent English communication skills Salary and benefits - Monthly salary of 25,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications - Monthly housing allowance of 2000 RMB - Full paid holidays (2 days off weekly, 4 weeks summer holiday, and 2 weeks winter holiday) - Three meals provided during work days - Working visa and residence permit provided - Yearly round-trip ticket provided - Health insurance
