We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for a Kindergarten based in Chengdu’s Gaoxin district. This position is available from the late January or begin February 2026 Job responsibilities - Together with teaching assistant, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. During this time, you will: - Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environment - Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization - Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development - Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning. - Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or above in early childhood education or related field of study - At least 2 years’ related teaching experience - Experience in art teaching is preferred - Excellent English communicative skills Salary and benefits - Monthly salary of 17,000 to 23,500 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications - Monthly housing allowance of 1,500 RMB - Contract completion bonus - Public holidays - Paid summer and Winter holidays - Medical Insurance - Discount on children’s tuition fees
