We are looking for a High School English Teacher for an International Bilingual School in Xiamen. This position is available from the 2026-27 academic year (Spring or Fall 2026). Job responsibilities - Teach the subject of English including; English literature and writing to high school students utilizing the AP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience - Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments - Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum - Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve - Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers - Develop supportive and safe learning environments Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Education, English or a related field - Valid teaching certification or license - Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience - AP curriculum school experience preferred - Home-country teaching license preferred Salary and benefits - Monthly salary range of 26,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications - Monthly housing allowance of 4500 to 5000 RMB - Paid summer and winter holidays - Public holidays - Schooling for the employee’s children - Commercial insurance - Reimbursable relocation allowance of 6000-10000 RMB - Reimbursable flight allowance - Incentives for completion of contract - Residence and work permit sponsored
