We are looking for an English B and Literature Teacher for an International School based in Shanghai. This position is available starting in the upcoming 2026–27 academic year year in September 2026. Job details - Teach Pre-IB English, English literature and DP English B lessons to high school students utilizing IB framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience - Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments - Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum - Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve - Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers - Develop supportive and safe learning environments Requirements - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in English literature and/or relevant to English - Minimum 2 years of teaching experience - Previous experience with ESL students - Valid teaching certification or license - Previous experience teaching the IB curriculum (preferred) Salary and benefits - Monthly Salary range of 20,000 RMB to 25,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications - Housing allowance is 3,000 to 4,000 RMB - Fully paid summer and winter Holiday - Medical insurance - Airfare allowance - Work permit sponsorship - Professional Development Opportunity - Paid trainings
