我们正在为成都的一所学校招聘舍监老师，要求到岗时间为2025年8月 岗位职责 负责学生在宿舍的日常生活安排，培养学生良好的生活习惯和自理能力。维护宿舍区域的安全，定期检查宿舍设施设备，及时发现并排除安全隐患。制定并执行宿舍的行为规范和规章制度，对学生的行为进行监督和管理。与家长保持密切的沟通，定期向家长反馈学生在宿舍的表现和生活情况。与学校的教学部门、学生管理部门等保持密切的沟通与协作，共同做好学生的教育和管理工作。 任职要求 本科及以上学历有相关工作经验者优先中英文流利 薪资福利 月薪6-12k寒暑假 Job Responsibilities Be responsible for the daily life arrangements of students in the dormitory, and cultivate students' good living habits and self-care abilities.Maintain the safety of the dormitory area, regularly inspect the dormitory facilities and equipment, and promptly identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.Formulate and implement the code of conduct and rules and regulations for the dormitory, and supervise and manage students' behaviors.Maintain close communication with parents, and regularly provide feedback to parents on students' performance and living conditions in the dormitory.Maintain close communication and collaboration with the school's teaching departments, student management departments, etc., and jointly do a good job in the education and management of students.
