我们正在寻找广州一所学校的升学指导，2025年8月到岗。 工作职责 全面负责学生升学申请的整体规划及申请各环节的工作，包括但不限于结合学生学术水平、课程设置、毕业要求、升学规划给予学生校内选课建议，考试规划、活动规划、选校与定校、文书、推荐信等保持与学生和家长的沟通，为其留学前后提供完善的指导教授升学指导课程并且保证高的教学质量，与其他科目的老师保持紧密的沟通，积极参与学校的活动参与/开发/实施与学科有关的学校活动或者课后活动担任班主任，结合升学规划，做好国际教育中心和学校要求的德育工作口根据学校的要求汇总和分析学生情况协助和参与市场活动及策划，项目推广等事宜认真完成学校安排的其他任务 任职条件: 全日制本科或以上，教育类专业或相关专业，有海外名校教育背景经验者优先熟悉国内外教育体制、留学政策、申请要求和签证知识等3年以上升学指导工作经验，有名校成功申请经验优先优秀的英文能力，英语能作为工作语言热爱教育事业，认真踏实、不断进取，责任心强，具备良好的团队意识口拥有良好的沟通表达能力和沟通技巧敬业精神，抗压能力强  工资福利 月薪12.5-20k Job Responsibilities Oversee the overall planning and execution of all aspects of student university applications. This includes, but is not limited to:Providing course selection advice based on the student's academic level, curriculum, graduation requirements, and university plans.Developing standardized test planning strategies.Guiding activity planning and extracurricular development.Managing school selection and finalization.Overseeing essay/personal statement development.Managing recommendation letters.Maintain consistent communication with students and parents, providing comprehensive guidance throughout the pre- and post-application process.Teach university counseling courses and ensure high teaching quality.Collaborate closely with teachers of other subjects and actively participate in school events.Participate in, develop, and implement school or after-school activities related to the subject/discipline.Serve as a homeroom teacher, integrating university planning with the moral education work required by the International Education Centre and the school.Compile, summarize, and analyze student data/information as required by the school.Assist with and participate in marketing activities, planning, and project promotion initiatives.Diligently complete other tasks assigned by the school. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher (full-time), preferably in Education or a related field. Candidates with educational backgrounds from prestigious overseas institutions are preferred.Thorough understanding of domestic and international education systems, study abroad policies, application requirements, and visa procedures.Minimum of 3 years of experience in university counseling/guidance. Successful experience securing admissions to prestigious universities is preferred.Excellent English proficiency, with the ability to use English as a working language.Passion for education, dedication, diligence, continuous improvement, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork spirit.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Professional dedication and strong ability to work under pressure.
